Saving Fish From Drowning...

A pious man explained to his followers.
It is evil to take lives and noble to save them.
Each day this fisherman pledges to save a hundred lives. He casts his net in the water and scoops out a hundred fish.
He places the fish on the bank where they flap around. Don't be scared he tells the fish, I'm saving you from drowning.
Soon the fish become calm and lie still.
Yet, sad to say the fisherman is always too late and the fish expire.
And because it's evil to waste anything, he takes the fish to the market where he sells them for a good price.
With the money he receives, he buys more nets.
So he can save more fish. From drowning...

  3. Just shows that with words, man can always justify anything he wants to do, however nasty, cruel, greedy, manipulative the action is. Think politics and big business...
